Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Coffee Operations Consultant at Shopper360. The Consultant will manage daily operations activities, provide expert advice to improve business efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, addressing customer service concerns, implementing best practices, and improving workflows. Collaboration with teams to meet business objectives and achieve customer satisfaction is a core focus of this role.
Job description:
- Conduct scheduled site visits to deli2go & Costa outlets
- Analyze sales performance against targets and generate comprehensive reports.
- Perform walk-throughs to ensure food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, planogram compliance, and SOP adherence.
- Conduct formal audits covering documentation (temperature logs, pest control, Halal certs), equipment maintenance, inventory, and staff product knowledge.
- Share findings with the Shell Food & Coffee team and retailers to drive improvement.
- Prepare and brief retailers on opening procedures and execution checklists.
- Conduct deli2go Crew Foundation Training, coordinate Food Handler's Training
- Provide on-site coaching on food preparation, baking, and regulatory safety standards.
- Maintain regular communication and consolidate operational findings with the Company's Food & Coffee team.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, F&B operations, or F&B sales is a strong advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of F&B operations, food safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with retailers and stakeholders professionally.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven, problem-solving mindset.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Excellent time management and ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel around the Klang Valley area.
