Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at The Prestige Hotel Penang, located in George Town, Penang. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in food service, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and leading the food & beverage team. Additional responsibilities include staff training, cost control, budget management, and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. The role will require collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the hotel's standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong Customer Service and team leadership skills
- Experience in conducting effective Training and staff development programs
- Skills in Budgeting and cost control to manage resources efficiently
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury or boutique hotels, is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.
