Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B Operations Manager at our Malacca location. The Operations Manager will oversee business setup, daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and implement efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves handling logistics, inventory management, and collaborating with other departments to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Staff Management
• Proficiency in Performance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, and Compliance Management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Malacca.
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience in a similar industry with business setup experiences or role is a plus
