Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Teluk Bahang. This position oversees the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring service standards are met and guest experiences are consistently excellent. Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house teams, coordinating work schedules, supporting training and coaching, and monitoring food service quality and presentation. The role involves guiding team members in delivering efficient, courteous customer service, handling guest feedback, and maintaining compliance with safety, hygiene, and brand standards. The supervisor also assists with inventory control, ordering, and basic reporting to support smooth operations and revenue goals.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance support.
  • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Service Standards and quality assurance in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Candidates should possess practical Food Service experience, including workflow management and basic food and beverage knowledge.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience in hotel food and beverage operations or a similar hospitality setting is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in food and beverage environments is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is an added benefit.
