- Lead R&D initiatives for both existing and new products, focusing on continuous quality enhancement, innovation, and strategic differentiation to strengthen TGV's market position.
- Introduce compelling F&B offerings that delight customers, encourage repeat visits, and attract non-moviegoers to the cinema lobby, driving incremental revenue.
- Oversee vendor management and production controls to ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards, while maintaining alignment with management approvals.
- Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to achieve operational efficiency and secure a competitive edge within targeted timelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the Go-to-Market (GTM) process, ensuring timely and effective product launches.
- Conduct regular sensory evaluations to gather customer feedback and insights, enabling data-driven product improvements.
- Develop and update SOPs in partnership with the training team to enhance production effectiveness and operational consistency.
- Uphold procurement and tendering best practices, ensuring alignment with TGV's policies and strategic objectives.

Required:
- Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Sound financial acumen and strong F&B business acumen
- Experience in food product development and process design
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
- Hands-on expertise in food production quality and technology management
- Experience with recognized food manufacturing organizations
