Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Food Server role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Food Server will ensure excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to any customer needs at the table. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The role also involves providing a welcoming dining experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication to create a positive interaction with guests.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service procedures, as well as basic knowledge of cooking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Attention to detail, good time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
