About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Food Server to join our team in Johor Bahru. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.

As a Food Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. You will work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve dishes according to presentation and service standards

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces

• Assist with basic food preparation, restocking, and closing duties

• Address customer inquiries or feedback promptly and professionally

• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and company service guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Familiarity with Food & Beverage service operations is an advantage

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is beneficial but not mandatory
