Job Description

What is the role about

This role focuses on deploying and optimizing WIZ.AI's LLM-based AI Voice Agent solutions for enterprise customers in Malaysia and Singapore. It combines customer-facing solution consulting, deployment coordination, light technical integration, troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization to help clients successfully launch and improve AI voice agents that meet business and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities, including customer discovery, solution discussions, demos, workshops, and PoCs
  • Work with enterprise customers to understand business cases, operational workflows, and AI Voice Agent deployment opportunities
  • Follow WIZ.AI's deployment methodology to support requirement clarification, solution configuration, integration coordination, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch optimization
  • Support integration with enterprise systems such as CRM, CCaaS, APIs, webhooks, knowledge bases, and telephony platforms
  • Analyze operational data, user feedback, and business metrics to continuously optimize AI Voice Agent performance and deployment effectiveness
  • Coordinate deployment activities across customers, sales teams, product teams, engineering teams, and external partners
  • Troubleshoot deployment and operational issues during UAT and production rollout phases
  • Collect customer feedback and operational insights to improve product capabilities and deployment methodologies
  • Support regional projects across Malaysia and Singapore when required

Qualifications

  • Strong AI-native mindset with high openness toward emerging AI technologies
  • Actively uses LLM and AI tools in daily work or personal workflows with practical depth and frequency
  • Comfortable learning new tools, technologies, and business domains rapidly using AI-assisted approaches
  • Strong engineering thinking and product thinking
  • Familiar with APIs, JSON, webhooks, SaaS deployment, and enterprise integration concepts
  • Able to read API documentation, test APIs, configure systems, and debug basic integration issues
  • Able to use AI-assisted development tools to build lightweight prototypes, scripts, workflow automations, API demos, or internal tools
  • Comfortable turning business requirements into practical solution workflows and deployment plans
  • Strong ownership, execution capability, and problem-solving mindset
