Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Professional in Forwarding at TOP BRIGHT LOGISTIC (M) SDN. BHD. located in Kelang. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics and forwarding operations, arranging sea and air freight services, and facilitating customs clearance processes. The individual will liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery, as well as handle documentation and compliance requirements for shipments. Working to streamline processes and maintain service quality will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sea & Air Freight Forwarding, including understanding of transportation logistics
• Experience in Customs Brokerage and expertise in Warehousing operations
• Knowledge in Haulage, Trucking Services, and Project Logistics (e.g., Break Bulk)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage and oversee shipments end-to-end
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with import/export compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in relevant logistics software is an advantage
