The Opportunity
Are you looking for a front-row seat to building a business from 0 to 1 This isn't your typical coffee-run internship. You will be the right-hand to a founder with a background in Tech Startups and Venture Capital . You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how companies are built, scaled, and funded, receiving direct mentorship in exchange for high-level execution.
The Mission
With a portfolio of projects and businesses, I am currently managing multiple high-stakes workstreams. I need a Force Multiplier—someone who can absorb context, handle the execution, and keep me accountable so I can focus on high-level strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Accountability: You will be my human dashboard. You'll track my goals, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure we are hitting our weekly milestones.
- Workflow Optimization: Help me reduce context switching by managing my calendar, triaging communications, and organizing project boards (Notion, Trello, or Linear).
- Execution: From market research and data entry to drafting emails and setting up basic tech stacks, you'll handle the manual tasks that keep the engine running.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: Act as a sounding board for new ideas, take meeting notes, and help synthesize messy thoughts into actionable plans.

- High Agency: You don't wait for a manual. If you don't know how to do something, you YouTube it, learn it, and get it done.
- Compulsive Communicator: You are someone who feels genuinely uneasy if you haven't shared an update. Radio silence bothers you. You believe that if a task isn't communicated, it isn't finished.
- Eager to Learn: You are likely a student or recent graduate looking to break into the startup/VC world. You value learning and sweat equity over a cushy corporate desk.
- Organized to a Fault: You find peace in checklists and well-organized folders.
- Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude), productivity software, and general digital operations.
