Description
- Perform financial analyses to support daily business activities, spotting discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop, examine, and track budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and comprehensive financial reports (P&L and Balance Sheet) for the Business Unit.
- Assess and verify submissions from Business Units for corporate approval, ensuring they are accurate and comply with internal guidelines.
- Analyse and oversee Business Unit financial reports, operational procedures, internal controls, and risk management strategies.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable collections, identify potential collection risks, and ensure consistency with cash flow plans.
- Keep accounting records up to date for semi-active group companies, adhering to statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, bankers, lawyers, and company secretaries.
- Provide on-demand financial analyses, business proposals, and support for projects as requested by management.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accountability, professional integrity, and maturity.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
