Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy: Lead The Company's corporate FP&A department, collaborating directly with the CEO and COO on budgeting, forecasting, long-term capital planning, and financial strategy.
  • Financial Visibility: Own management accounts, cash flow reporting, and comprehensive financial transparency across all operating entities, specialized project SPVs, and the expanding solar portfolio.
  • Reporting Infrastructure: Build and scale robust financial reporting systems and internal dashboards to track key project finance metrics, SPV cash waterfalls, and lender covenants such as DSCR and LTV ratios.
  • Investor Relations Support: Generate board, management, and investor reporting materials, which includes providing comprehensive data room support for ongoing fundraising efforts.
  • Financing Execution: Spearhead the structuring, negotiation, and closing of project and debt financing for dedicated solar SPVs and regional asset portfolios. This includes evaluating term sheets, managing external advisors, and coordinating directly with lenders.
  • Capital Fundraising: Support the founding executive team in capital-raising initiatives targeting debt providers, asset investors, and strategic capital partners for renewable transactions across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
  • Strategic Capital Advisory: Provide actionable guidance to senior leadership regarding optimal capital structures, corporate versus SPV leverage, refinancing strategies, debt capacity, and cross-border cost of capital optimization.
  • Asset Economics & Modeling: Oversee and maintain detailed project and portfolio-level financial models to monitor unit economics, track real-world asset performance against initial projections, and collaborate with cross-functional sales, tech, and operations teams to improve overall asset returns.
  • Post-Close Management: Supervise ongoing financing obligations, post-closing lender reporting requirements, and capital drawdown processes.
Key Requirement
  • Professional Experience: 6+ years of dedicated experience across project finance, structured finance, renewable energy financing, infrastructure investing, and corporate FP&A.
  • Sector Track Record: Proven background within the energy or renewables industry, ideally with distinct exposure to early-stage project financing mechanisms.
