FP&A Manager

FP&A (AM/M/SM) role up to RM20,000 for a conglomerate in Selangor.

Your new company

A diversified conglomerate with more than 30 years of experience operating across multiple industries including manufacturing, automotive, agriculture and many more. They are in expansion mode, and they are looking for a strong FP&A talent to set up and spearhead the FP&A team.

Your new role

Your role will include the following but not limited to:

• Set up the processes for the FP&A department.
• Implement best practices in FP&A.
• Preparation of reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Provide guidance to all departments in order to manage budgets effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA or equivalent) would be ideal.
  
• Experience working in Big 4 Audit firm
  
• Regional experience or experience working in a multi-entity organisation.
• Able to speak Mandarin
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills with financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
