FP&A Analyst

We're the team helping Arnott's win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott's Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region. We're behind brands found in real kitchens and real snack drawers, from Campbell's and Prego to Kimball & Cheong Chan, plus Swanson, GoodTime, and Nyam Nyam. We're also part of the Arnott's family that includes icons like Tim Tam, Shapes, and Farm Bake Cookies.

This role will be based in Bangsar South.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly financial reporting, forecasts, projections and AOP planning for Malaysia and selected Asia Export markets.
• Prepare and consolidate reports on Net Sales, EBITDA, trade spend, margins and business performance.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on financial analysis for pricing, promotions, NPD launches and commercial initiatives.
• Develop P&L simulations and business cases for new products, pricing changes and promotional activities.
• Monitor NPD performance and analyse sales, margins and key variances.
• Track MSG&A spending and support cost control with department stakeholders.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, finance documentation and internal controls.
• Prepare financial analysis and commentary against forecast, AOP and prior year.
• Maintain accurate financial reports, working files and supporting documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good understanding of P&L, Net Sales, EBITDA, gross margin, trade spend and SG&A concepts.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines, especially during month-end, forecast and AOP cycles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
