Key Responsibilities
The FP&A Intern will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in delivering critical financial insights and analysis to help guide strategic decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis in a dynamic, real-world business environment.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Help build and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze data for financial planning.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
