Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards for financial and operational reporting.
- Support monthly performance reporting by transforming raw data into meaningful visual insights.
- Work with FP&A and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Build and maintain data models, measures (DAX), and automated reporting workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards and reporting outputs.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by improving reporting automation and visualization.
- Participate in ad hoc reporting requests and special analytics projects as required.
- Prepare visual summaries and insights for management presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and performance metrics is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
