1. Maximise Franchise Operation Department Efficiency and Productivity
- Work under the supervision of the Franchise Operation Consultant to support centre principals with basic operational consultation, including the usage of Eduwis programme, centre environment maintenance, and annual activities planning.
- Conduct centre visits according to the scheduled plan set in consultation with the Franchise Operation Consultant.
- Follow up and remind centres on outstanding payments and assist in collection matters.
- Review, filter, advise, and assist centre principals on Facebook page postings to ensure content appropriateness and brand consistency.
- Assist in company projects and events, including outing trips, concerts, graduations, and other activities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
2. Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit centre visit reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper filing and organisation of related documentation and records.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management for operational matters.
3. Centre Support and Inter-Department Coordination
- Assist the R&D Department in preparing monthly trainings, workshops, and related projects.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between centres and internal departments.
4. Other Duties
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor, manager, or management from time to time.
