Job Responsibilities
- Manage training, performance appraisal and relationship maintenance for overseas franchisees, establish a sound franchise management system, and formulate & implement relevant incentive and assessment mechanisms.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise stores, monitor store operations, deliver operational guidance and support, resolve operational issues, and uphold brand image.
- Formulate and implement store operation standards and procedures to ensure daily operations comply with corporate regulations.
- Assist franchisees with store renovation, grand opening and other preparatory work.
- Set and drive the achievement of store sales targets, analyze sales data and put forward optimization proposals.
- Oversee store inventory management to guarantee timely product supply and healthy inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with the Brand Department to design and execute in-store marketing campaigns, so as to boost brand awareness and influence.
- Organize and participate in brand events to enhance customer engagement.
- Take charge of store visual merchandising and maintain consistent brand image across all outlets.
- Conduct local market research, analyze competitors and track market trends, and adjust store operation strategies timely based on market feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Apparel Management or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the fast fashion apparel industry; overseas franchise management experience is a plus.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with full store operation procedures, equipped with solid capabilities in market analysis and marketing planning.
- Strong team spirit, stress resilience and service awareness, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
*Based in HQ Guangzhou, China or SEA country (Singapore/Thailand/Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippine)
