  • Perform outbound calling to cardholder to confirm transactions or dispute handling.
  • To handle blocking/uplifting of blocked cards and perform card replacement.
  • To conduct investigation on dispute cases and follow ups on unauthorized transactions from end to end.
  • Work closely with Card Ops, Cards and Payment, Emerging Business (EMB), Branches, Customer Assurance and Contact Centre on customer dispute issues.
  • Prepare on data/reporting to BNM (MY) on monthly or as required.
  • Perform next day report checking (e.g Block 30 Follow up, Weekly Replacement, Auto Uplift Report).
  • Investigate the root cause of a customer complaint and provide solutions to escalation (e.g. customers/Contact Centre/Relationship Manager).
  • Conduct Fraud Risk Assessment for merchant acquisition inclusive of new application as well as additional facilities for existing merchant and ensuring adherence to MAP Guideline and Fraud Acquiring Operational Manual.
  • Conduct telephone investigation to the merchant, acquirer as well as industry members to gather intelligence to ensure there is no adverse information prior to conclude the fraud risk assessment review.
  • Collaborate with Cards & Payment – Merchant Sales and Emerging Business (EMB) on merchant acquisition related matters.
  • Handle emails from various parties in Acquiring Fraud Distribution Listing.
  • Support Team Lead/Fraud Acquiring Manager in liaising with other stakeholders within the bank and external parties relating to merchant acquisition as well as merchant monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance for internal and external guidelines.
  • To support during after office hours if there is a need.
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks that will be assigned according to needs and as and when required.
