Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist with daily tasks related to monitoring and preventing driver fraud
  • Support case handling and respond to fraud-related inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and dashboards to track fraud performance
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and drive efficiency in fraud monitoring

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, simple formulas)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information responsibly
