You enjoy turning ideas into visuals. This includes assets across multi-platform social posts, simple campaign layouts, presentation slides and basic brand assets. You are comfortable working with creative direction, open to feedback, and motivated to sharpen your craft with each round of revisions.
You are organised, detail-oriented and curious about how design fits into the broader world of brand, communications and marketing. You want to see how work moves from brief to concept to execution in a fast-moving agency environment.
What You Do
As a Freelance Designer, you support the creative team in bringing ideas to life across a range of channels and formats. You will:

- Translate creative briefs and direction into clear, on-brand layout options, exploring variations where needed.
- Support motion design for social assets (e.g. animations, reels, story formats) under guidance from Senior Creatives.
- Prepare and tidy design files for internal reviews and client presentations, ensuring assets are well-organised and ready to share.
- Resize, reformat and localise existing assets for different markets and platforms.
- Work with account and PR teams to visualise stories through simple infographics, micrographics, data visualisations and content layouts.
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all outputs, paying attention to design systems, colour systems, typography, hierarchy, spacing and imagery across offline and digital executions, making sure every pixel is perfect.
- Respond to feedback and amends with a positive mindset, iterating quickly while keeping quality high.
Over time, you will start to contribute your own design ideas and recommendations, building confidence in proposing visual directions that support the wider concept and campaign.
