Freelance Education Sales Consultant (Full Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for passionate and energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and engaging with parents. As a Trial Class Manager, you will deliver interactive trial sessions, showcase the value of our programs, and guide families through their learning journey. This role combines teaching, communication, and relationship-building to help parents make informed enrollment decisions.

What You'll Do

● Conduct engaging trial classes for children aged 5–17, together with their parents

● Drive course enrollments by leading engaging trial classes and guiding parents through the learning journey.

● Facilitate interactive coding, digital literacy, or creative activities prepared by our academic team

● Understand each family's learning goals and recommend suitable programs based on their needs

● Clearly communicate the benefits, outcomes, and structure of our courses

● Address questions and concerns while building trust and confidence with parents

● Support families throughout the enrollment process and follow up after trial sessions when needed

● Maintain accurate records of trial classes, parent feedback, and conversion performance

What We're Looking For

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when interacting with children and parents

● Fluency in Bahasa Melayu (Malaysia) for conducting classes and engaging with families

● Strong spoken English proficiency

● Ability to balance educational guidance with consultative conversations

● Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

● Experience in education, customer engagement, customer service, or sales is an advantage

● Familiarity with the Malaysian market is preferred

● A positive, energetic, and target-driven mindset

Working Arrangement

● Freelance, remote-based position

● Compensation: Earn USD 3 for every trial class conducted and receive a monthly performance-based bonus of up to 15% of revenue from successful student enrollments. Your revenue bonus is based on the revenue you generate. One way to maximize your earnings is by closing sales at the highest suitable price tier whenever possible. 

● Operating hours:

• Weekdays: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
• Weekends: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Malaysia Time)

● Flexible Time: Choose your preferred working hours within the operating hours, subject to trial class demand and scheduling availability.

● Weekend availability is mandatory

● Minimum Availability Commitment: Commit to being available for at least 18 trial class slots per week, including a minimum of 9 weekday slots (Mon-Fri) and 9 weekend slots (Sat-Sun). This availability commitment excludes follow-up activities and administrative responsibilities.
