The Opportunity:
We&aposre seeking an experienced freelance professional to diagnose our current LinkedIn outreach and content strategy and provide a highly practical, interactive training workshop for our four-person team. This is not a lecture; it&aposs a project to help our team immediately shift from a 'volume over value' approach to one of strategic, high-impact engagement.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Diagnose: Spend a short period (1-2 days) understanding our team&aposs existing workflow, messaging, and content.
Design: Create and facilitate a 90-minute, hands-on workshop focused on personalized outreach, compelling copywriting, and building a standardized follow-up process.
Deliver: Train our team on the specific skills needed to increase their reply rate and convert conversations into qualified leads.
Empower: Leave our team with the tools and confidence to work smarter, not just harder.
What We&aposre Looking For:
A proven track record as a B2B copywriter, social media strategist, or LinkedIn lead generation expert.
Experience in conducting interactive, skills-based training or workshops.
A portfolio that showcases successful LinkedIn messaging and content strategies.
An understanding of how to build a human, authentic brand on LinkedIn.
Someone who can analyze data and translate it into a clear, actionable plan.
