About This Engagement
This is a freelance contract for service engagement. You will operate as an independent contractor, retaining full autonomy over your working hours, methods, and schedule. Compensation is commission-based, tied to successful performance of sales closures.
Scope of Work
- Identify and reach out to potential clients for DeepSTRAX
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive ongoing revenue
- Work independently to build your own pipeline and close deals at your own pace
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate software platform value propositions
- Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable working without supervision
- Experience in performance management or SaaS is an added advantage
- A diploma, degree, or equivalent real-world sales experience is welcome, we value track record and proven results
Contract Terms
- Open to candidates based in Kuching, Johor, Penang or Kuala Lumpur
- Client-facing engagement may require on-site visits
- A Contract for Service and an NDA will be signed prior to engagement
- Competitive tiered commission structure based on deal value, details shared upon shortlisting
- Renewal commission earned on client renewals to reward long-term relationship building
- Upon successful deal closure, commission will paid within 14 days of client payment received
