ABOUT THE ROLE
Hello Health Group connects over 3 million users monthly across Southeast Asia to quality healthcare. We are looking for licensed doctors to join our teleconsultation panel, conducting video consultations via our platform. You set your own schedule and take on cases that fit your availability, ideal for doctors who want flexibility without giving up clinical work.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct video consultations for general health concerns, medication queries, and follow-ups
- Issue e-prescriptions, referral letters, and medical certificates where clinically appropriate
- Support patients on ongoing care plans, including weight management and metabolic health programs
- Set your active consultation windows in-app and stay reachable when a booking is made
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid medical license with full registration (MMC or equivalent)
- Stable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone
- Ability to select active date and time slots in-app and be ready on standby when a consultation is booked
- Patient-centred communication style - clear, empathetic, and concise
- Commitment to clinical standards, patient privacy, and ethical practice
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Specialisation in metabolic health or weight management is a strong plus:
- Experience in obesity medicine, metabolic health, or medical weight loss
- Familiarity with GLP-1 therapies (e.g. tirzepatide, semaglutide) and prescribing protocols
- Background in lifestyle medicine, nutrition counselling, or chronic disease management
