Scope:Conduct an audit of logistics supplier's billing for accuracy by following plant actual demand and signed contractual rate and terms. Working as a gatekeeper to start from receiving Logistics supplier uploaded billing on system (like Coupa) until generating Ok to Pay report to supplier and plant. Coordinating for data collection and dashboard.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with logistics service providers to guide uploading of billing Statements.
- Coordinate between suppliers and plants for exceptions.
- Support for transmitting suppliers and plants of system freight audit results.
- Ensure accuracy of billing statements amounts in accordance with company process.
- Resolve problems which happening in the logistics service audit process.
- Ability to perform manual logistics service audit when necessary.
- Others upon necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Major in Business & Data Analytics / International Business / Supply Chain are preferred
- 2-3 years working experience
- Experience of customer operation coordination
- Hands on Freight Audit experience
- Experience of Logistic Data Analysis is preferred
- English and Mandarin are mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with various logistics services like import and export, air freight, ocean freight, ground transportation, warehouse etc.is preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
