Role: IT Trainee (Fresh Graduate)

Role type: Permanent

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join TCS Malaysia as Graduate Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge, experience and develop professional skills to kick start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in development programs and on the job training programs.
• Supporting teams in daily tasks and projects.
• Conduct research and analysis as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation.
• Attend team meetings and contribute fresh ideas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Recent Graduate (2025/2026) or with less than 1 year of internship or employment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Additional language proficiencies are added advantage eg. Mandarin, Cantonese
