Programme Overview

Kick-start your career in banking through an intensive graduate training programme designed to equip fresh graduates with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful transition into the financial services industry. This structured programme offers hands-on experience across key banking functions, complemented by mentorship and continuous career development opportunities, enabling you to build a strong foundation for long-term growth.

You will be assigned to one of the following functions based business needs and your strengths:

1. Global Banking Department
2. Corporate Banking Department

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration from a reputable university with minimum CGPA of 3.00 and its equivalent.
• Fresh graduates and candidate with less than 3 years of working experience are encourage to apply.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good team player, energetic, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (both verbal and written).
• PC literate preferably in Windows Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel, etc)
