Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors.
Manage reception duties and visitor registration.
Handle enquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Operations Administrative Support
Maintain vendor master list and track contract expiry dates.
Organise vendor agreements and insurance documentation.
Assist with compliance and audit documentation.
Escalate complex matters to the Assistant Manager or Head of Operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional appearance with a customer-service mindset
