Job Description

Community Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organised Community Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our facility. This role blends hospitality, customer service, and administrative support, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with regular members and guests while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Member Experience

  • Greet and welcome members and guests warmly and professionally as their first point of contact
  • Handle phone calls, walk-ins, and email enquiries with efficiency and friendliness
  • Manage check-ins, registrations, and general enquiries at the front desk
  • Learn members names and preferences to deliver a personalised, memorable experience
  • Provide accurate information on services, packages, and facilities

Facility & Operations Support

  • Support the daily upkeep of common areas, facilities, and equipment
  • Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks; report and coordinate repairs or vendor issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with the setup and coordination of events, classes, or promotional activities

Administration & Billing

  • Support new member registration and renewal processes
  • Assist with billing, payment collection, and basic payment follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate member records and attendance/occupancy data
  • Handle basic documentation, including agreements and invoices

Team & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with facility and operations teammates to ensure smooth daily running
  • Support marketing or member engagement initiatives when required
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal skills with genuine ease in face-to-face interactions
  • Good spoken and written English
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience; fresh graduates are not the primary fit for this role.
  • Background in hospitality, retail, fitness, wellness, airline, or property management preferred
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems or software tools
  • Able to stay composed and organised in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Demonstrated job stability, with genuine intention to commit long-term
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays based on operational needs
  • Open to relocating or supporting other locations when required due to manpower needs
