Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage patients enquiries and appointments
  • Answering phone's call
  • Responding WhatsApp messages
  • Manage and ensure patients records are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain an organised and welcoming reception and waiting area
  • Work closely with our clinical and lab teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Follow up with patients and provide post-treatment care and support every step of the way

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office or reservation software
  • Problem-solving skills
