We are hiring for Front Desk Receptionist positions based at the following locations:

  1. Anyara Hills Showroom, Bangsar South, KL
  2. Anyara Hills Showroom, Semenyih, Selangor

Your Role Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for curating a refined front-of-house experience at Anyara Hills, serving as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors while ensuring a professional, welcoming, and discreet environment at all times. This role is centered on delivering a seamless and personalized client journey through attentive reception, effective handling of enquiries, coordination of client engagements, and clear communication with internal teams also provide administrative support while maintaining the showroom spaces to the highest standards, ensuring they consistently reflect the brand's positioning in luxury, quality, and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
  • Deliver a personalized and high-quality showroom experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Coordinate client visits and liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth engagements.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambience of the showroom at all times.
  • Assist in client data entry, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Support client follow-ups and ensure timely communication when required.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care.

What you'll need for this role

  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in front desk, customer service, sales support.
  • SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in property sales gallery, showroom, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
