Role Description

The Front Office Assistant will handle day-to-day front desk tasks, including greeting guests, answering phone calls with professionalism, managing appointment schedules, and providing administrative and clerical support. The role also ensures excellent customer interactions and contributes to a welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and administrative assistance
  • Competency in clerical tasks and handling front desk operations
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office software
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or front office role is advantageous
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
