We&aposre looking for a Front Office & Customer Service Executive who can contribute in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of both client relationship management and internal administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support key account customers, providing exceptional service and accurate product information
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships through personalized communication
- Support the sales team with quotations, payment follow-ups, and after-sales service
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- Oversee and manage export documentation and customer account plans
- Keep colleagues updated on developments impacting business opportunities or risks
- Manage CRM/ERP systems for customer, supplier, and partner contact information
- Implement and improve office procedures and document management systems
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and courier services
- Provide professional front-desk and visitor reception support
- Handle office supply management and general administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales support, office coordination, or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High-level organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Discretion, tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in handling confidential or sensitive information
- Must be available for occasional travel
