Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role based at Loop On Leith George Town Penang. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and assisting with inquiries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls with professional etiquette, providing information about the hotel's services, and addressing any guest concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and bookings
- Knowledge of Front Office operations and hospitality processes
- Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle queries and resolve guest issues with professionalism
- Team-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using front desk software and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
