Front Office Receptionist (Virtual) - Korean Speaking

The opportunity

Teleperformance Malaysia, a leading global provider of outsourced customer experience management services, is seeking a talentedVirtual Receptionist (Korean)to join their team supporting a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel project. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional and courteous communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and superior front desk assistance to guests, responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online chat enquiries, addressing guest requests and concerns with efficiency and empathy
• Update guest records and maintain accurate information in the hotel's reservation system
• Assist with coordinating and communicating guest requests to the appropriate hotel departments
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction
• Represent the hotel brand with professionalism and adhere to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma
• Fluency in Korean (TOPIK 5 & up preferred)and English (B2- Fluent), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the skill to handle guest requests and concerns with diplomacy
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
