Job Description

BJAK is building AI-powered automation systems for insurance workflows. Customers and internal teams need clear interfaces to track quotes, policy issuance, endorsements, claims and next steps.

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build the customer and internal experiences that make automation visible, usable and trusted.

The Mission

Build clear frontend experiences for AI-powered insurance automation workflows.

What You'll Own

  • Build frontend flows for customer and internal automation tools.
  • Work on quote, claims, endorsement and policy issuance interfaces.
  • Display workflow status, next steps, document requests and follow-ups clearly.
  • Turn product and design requirements into clean frontend implementation.
  • Improve usability, performance and responsive behavior.
  • Work with backend, product, QA and operations teams.
  • Fix frontend issues that affect trust, conversion or workflow clarity.

What We're Looking For

  • Frontend engineering experience in real product environments.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web development.
  • Able to build clean, responsive and reliable interfaces.
  • Good eye for usability, status display and user flows.
  • Comfortable working with APIs and backend workflow systems.
  • Practical problem solver who can move fast without messy work.
  • Low ego, open to feedback and serious about quality.

Interview Process
