Key Responsibilities
I'm Order Fulfilment & Operations
- Pack and ship customer orders accurately within 12 business days.
- Create shipment labels efficiently and hand over parcels to delivery personnel.
- Inspect items to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Review work orders to confirm correct shipping methods selected by customers.
- Optimise shipping processes to minimise costs while maintaining service quality.
Courier & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with courier partners to resolve delivery issues promptly and follow up closely.
- Ensure all shipments are accurately recorded in the Mossery order database according to courier services used.
- Verify that shipment records tally with courier charges and work with Finance to prevent overcharging.
- Keep shipping options and rates updated on the website.
- Explore and negotiate with courier services to secure the most reliable, cost-effective shipping solutions.
Job Requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate using positive language.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with and negotiating courier or logistics services is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
