We are hiring a Full Stack AI Developer – JS & Python

• Locations: Bangalore (Preferred), Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Experience: 10+ years
• Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Full Stack AI Developer

Years of Exp - Around 10 years of experience so that the individual has 4-5

years of pre-AI-assisted SDLC exposure

Full Stack AI Developer - JS & Python Spec

* Strong full-stack engineer who can build AI-enabled web applications

end to end - from frontend experience through backend APIs, data flows,

model integration, deployment and support.

* Comfortable working across:

* Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, CSS

* Backend: Python, FastAPI / Flask, Node.js / Express

* AI integration: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, LangChain / LlamaIndex,

vector search, embeddings, RAG pipelines

* Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, object storage, APIs, structured

and unstructured data

* Cloud & DevOps: Azure / AWS, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions / Azure

Core Responsibilities

* Build modern web applications with clean, responsive, usable

interfaces.

* Develop backend services and APIs in Python and/or Node.js.

* Integrate AI models into real business workflows, not just demos.

* Build features such as:

* Chat interfaces

* Document upload and analysis

* Semantic search

* Retrieval Augmented Generation - RAG

* Workflow automation

* AI agents / tool-calling flows

* Data extraction and summarisation

* Design and implement secure API layers between frontend, backend, AI

services and databases.

* Work with vector databases and embedding models to support knowledge

search and contextual AI responses.

* Handle file processing for PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets,

images and structured datasets.

* Create reusable components, services and utilities that other teams

can build on.

* Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance

tuning.
