Full Stack Developer (AI Integration)

Role Summary

The Full Stack Developer (AI Integration) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications while integrating AI-powered capabilities into existing and new systems. The role involves working across frontend, backend, APIs, and system integrations while collaborating closely with AI engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using modern development frameworks.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI services, LLM APIs, automation tools, and intelligent workflows into applications.
• Participate in system architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and solution design.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the full technology stack.
• Implement logging, monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting mechanisms for production stability.
• Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, backend, database, and integration-related issues.
• Take ownership of features from development through deployment and continuous enhancement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for systems and integrations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory- Chines/ Mandarin Speaker
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience building production-ready web applications and scalable systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across frontend and backend development.
• Hands-on backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, and RESTful APIs.
• Frontend experience with ReactJS or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and collaborative development environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional engineering teams.
