Full Stack Developer (Cards)

Roles & Responsibilities

Versatile and results-driven Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and React to build scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across the stack—translating business needs into robust technical implementations.

The key responsibilities of this role, among others are: -

1. End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
2. Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs.
3. API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
4. UI/UX Integration: Translate wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, accessible user interfaces.
5. Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like JUnit.
6. Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in peer reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance.
7. Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in Agile environments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
3. Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
4. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel).
5. Proficiency in database technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
6. Ability to design UI/UX flows and components in Figma, contributing to both visual and interaction design.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
8. Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
9. Understanding of security best practices in software development.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
