Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize end-to-end features across a modern construction management platform using React, TypeScript, .NET Core, and C#. You'll work across the full development lifecycle-building scalable applications, strengthening system performance, and improving user experience-while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient and maintainable solutions.

The Qualifications We Seek

Core Technical Skills

• Malaysian applicants only
• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, .NET Core, and C#
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and ability to build scalable, maintainable applications
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and writing reusable front-end components/libraries
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and experienced in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development practices
• Experience with AWS cloud services and AWS SDK (advantageous)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Docker, or Terraform (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer, Cursor).
• Exposure to integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) is an advantage.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset toward AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Your Daily Tasks

General

• Deliver projects according to schedules and timelines, focusing on quality and cost objectives.
• Build and develop processes surrounding testing, documentation, configuration, and application change lifecycles.
• Actively manage risk in development programs.
• Align business strategies and designs with both current and long-term system needs.
• Create the right environment for developers to thrive and perform at their best.
• Analyse, research, and evaluate solutions based on business requirements and specifications.
• Design, develop, configure, and document code as part of projects and support tasks.
• Implement software solutions including architecture, testing, training, and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve system or data issues proactively and efficiently.
• Support users in their daily use of applications and business processes.
• Liaise with vendors on software development, integrations, and configuration tasks when required.

AI-Driven Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted coding, testing, and documentation tools to accelerate development cycles.
• Explore and validate AI use cases within the platform (e.g., analytics, reporting, automation).
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that enhance productivity and system capability.
• Share learnings to uplift team-wide AI literacy and adoption.
