Full Stack Developer (Mobile, Web & Systems Development)

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing ToYm's digital ecosystem, including mobile applications, web platforms, and internal operational systems. You will design and implement new digital solutions, manage backend architecture, integrate systems, and ensure all platforms operate efficiently, securely, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications (iOS and Android).

Develop, update, and optimize ToYm's web-based applications and platforms.

Design and develop new digital systems, internal tools, and automation solutions to support business operations.

Build and manage backend architecture, APIs, and database structures.

Integrate mobile and web applications with backend systems and third-party services.

Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and ensure system stability.

Manage deployment processes, version control, and app store submissions.

Ensure cross-platform consistency, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Maintain clean, well-documented, and secure code across all systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in full stack development covering frontend and backend systems.

Experience with mobile app frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks).

Experience with backend technologies, REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Ability to independently design and implement new system solutions from concept to deployment.

Strong problem-solving and system architecture skills.

Experience with Git, deployment pipelines, and version control.

Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.

Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
