Full Stack Developer (NodeJS & Kafka)

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop robust full stack web applications leveraging Node.js and modern client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. You will implement real-time data streaming and event-driven solutions with Apache Kafka, build cloud-native applications on AWS, and work extensively with both SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB. You will collaborate within agile teams using Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and automated testing to deliver high-quality software rapidly and reliably

Tenure: 6-10 years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable full stack applications using Node.js and frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions with Apache Kafka for high-throughput event processing.
• Build, deploy, and optimize cloud-native applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB.
• Manage and query data using both relational SQL databases and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate closely in Agile teams, employing DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Ensure code quality by following clean code principles, design patterns, and refactoring practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across teams.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js backend development and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud architecture best practices.
• Strong experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Solid understanding of client-side rendering and frontend development with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for software engineering best practices, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
