Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, and AWS. The candidate should have excellent client-facing skills, independently handle client requirements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand and gather requirements.
- Design and propose technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, and AWS.
- Design and implement backend systems, APIs, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, Design, Product, and QA teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, solutioning, and product design.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 7–8+ years of software/full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, ReactJS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Cognito.
- Proven experience in independent client handling and requirement gathering.
- Strong technical solutioning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Focus: Hands-on development + Client-facing requirement gathering + Technical solution design.
