Full Stack Developer (React & C# .NET)

This role is designed for experienced Full Stack Developers with strong C# backend expertise and hands-on React experience, delivering scalable applications that support critical business operations. You will develop and maintain high-performance systems that drive reliability, efficiency, and long-term platform growth. Success in this role requires full-stack ownership and depth-not partial or frontend-only experience.

To support team collaboration and operational alignment, this role is best suited for professionals currently based in Malaysia and familiar with working in locally or regionally aligned environments. What Sets You Up for Success

• Must be currently based in Malaysia with full legal authorization to work
• Minimum 4 years of strong experience in React web development
• Minimum 4 years of strong experience in C# ASP.NET / .NET Core and EF Core
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Proven ability to write reusable libraries
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL
• Experience in building scalable applications
• Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Experience in consuming and designing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Experience in AWScloud environmentsandAWSSDK is an advantage
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Docker, or Terraform is a plus

AI Skills

• Experience in using AI-assisted coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, CodeWhisperer, Cursor)
• Exposure to integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) is an advantage
• Strong curiosity and growth mindset toward AI-enabled workflows and automation

What You'll Be Doing

General Responsibilities

• Deliver projects according to schedules and timelines while meeting quality and cost objectives
• Build and develop processes for testing, documentation, configuration, and application change lifecycles
• Manage risks in development programs proactively
• Align business strategies and designs with current and long-term system needs
• Create an environment that enables developers to perform at their best
• Analyze, research, and evaluate solutions based on business requirements and specifications
• Design, develop, configure, and document code for projects and support tasks
• Implement software solutions including architecture, testing, training, and documentation
• Investigate and resolve system or data issues proactively and efficiently
• Support users in their daily use of applications and business processes
• Liaise with vendors on software development, integrations, and configuration tasks when required

AI-Driven Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, and documentation to accelerate development cycles
• Explore and validate AI use cases within the platform, including analytics, reporting, and automation
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that enhance productivity and system capability
• Share knowledge to uplift team-wide AI literacy and adoption
