We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to support enterprise-level application development under an IT resource augmentation engagement. The role involves end-to-end software development, from requirement analysis to delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on quality and performance
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with Agile/Scrum teams during planning, estimation, and delivery
- Design and implement function-centric and multi-channel solutions
- Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical documentation
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and automation tools for daily development tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional, performance, and security-related issues
- Ensure timely delivery while meeting quality standards and project deadlines
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 710 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack application development
- Strong experience in front-end and back-end development, including system design and architecture
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, effort estimation, and collaborative development
- Experience with containerization and cloud-based technologies to support scalable architectures
- Strong skills in code quality, testing (unit & integration), debugging, and performance optimization
