RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write clean, testable code, including unit and integration tests, to ensure the reliability of our applications.
- Develop, maintain, and scale Xsolla's microservices architecture and front-end web applications.
- Contribute to technical documentation for products using Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Design, to deliver world-class gaming solutions.
- Take operational responsibility for product functionality, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
- Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our codebase and systems, implementing best practices for long-term sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, working in agile teams.
- Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
- Expertise in at least one programming language like JavaScript, Python, Ruby, C++, or PHP, and a willingness to learn Go.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns.
- Experience with modern DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an English-speaking environment.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and innovation.
