Full Stack Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js
• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces to enhance user experience in payment and collections workflows
• Collaborate with backend services (Node.js / NestJS) to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow
• Write clear implementation documentation before developing key features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance both frontend and minor backend components
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high Lighthouse scores and responsiveness
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and engineering improvements
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in full stack or frontend-focused development
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux or Context API
• Hands-on experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
• Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, or ExpressJS
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, lending, or collections platforms
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations or prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia or ASEAN markets
• Proficiency in Bahasa (optional)
