Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring for a project with a global client in the financial services domain to support their Fund Distribution Services technology initiatives. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern backend development, cloud technologies, and data streaming platforms. The role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable applications while working closely with cross-functional teams in an enterprise financial technology environment.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment while ensuring high code quality and performance. You will collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions. Candidates who have experience supporting production environments and interacting with business users will be highly valued.

Applicants should have a strong passion for software engineering, clean coding practices, and modern development methodologies. Experience working in financial services, banking, or insurance environments will be considered an advantage.

Experience Levels

• Junior: 02 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experienced: 26 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with exposure to development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall and a basic understanding of development processes including testing, code quality, and system design
• Senior: 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong understanding of development processes, system design, and code quality, along with some experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers

Additional Preferred Experience

Experience supporting production systems and business users

Exposure to financial services, banking, or insurance environments

Experience in Transfer Agency business is a plus

Language Requirement English (Professional Working Proficiency)
